Ocean Custom Seafood Trading W.L.L. operates a dedicated fleet of temperature-controlled refrigerated vans certified to maintain a continuous -18°C environment from our central cold storage facility to your doorstep.

2. Delivery Zones Across Qatar

We provide dedicated white-glove delivery across premier residential zones in Qatar, including:

  • The Pearl-Qatar & Lusail City

  • West Bay & Al Dafna

  • Al Rayyan & Al Waab

  • Central Doha, Al Hilal, & West Bay Lagoon

  • Al Wakrah & Surrounding Districts

3. Delivery Schedules & Cut-Off Times

  • Same-Day VIP Delivery: Available for orders placed before 2:00 PM (GMT+3).

  • Next-Day & Scheduled Delivery: Select your preferred delivery day and time window (Morning: 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM | Evening: 4:00 PM – 9:00 PM) during checkout—ideal for planned Majlis gatherings and banquets.

4. Delivery Rates & Thresholds

  • Complimentary VIP Delivery: Free refrigerated delivery on all orders of 400 QAR and above.

  • Standard Cold-Chain Delivery Fee: A flat fee of 35 QAR applies to orders below 400 QAR.

5. Handover Protocols & Safety

Due to the sensitive frozen nature of our seafood, shipments will not be left unattended at entrances or outdoor gates. Deliveries must be received directly in person, or handed over to authorized estate managers or household staff, and moved immediately to deep-freeze storage.
