1. General & Entity Overview

This website is operated by Ocean Custom Seafood Trading W.L.L., a company legally registered with the Ministry of Commerce and Industry (MOCI) in Doha, State of Qatar. Throughout the site, the terms "we", "us", and "our" refer to Ocean Custom Seafood Trading W.L.L. By accessing our site and/or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. Pricing & Currency

All prices displayed on our website are denominated in Qatari Riyals (QAR). We reserve the right to modify prices without prior notice; however, completed and confirmed orders will strictly be honored at the price indicated at checkout.

3. Orders & Payment Processing

Orders are subject to acceptance and stock availability. Payments are processed via encrypted and secure gateways supporting Qatar NAPS (debit card), international credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Amex), and Apple Pay. By completing a transaction, you warrant that you are legally authorized to use the designated payment method.

4. Nature of Goods & Quality Standard

We specialize in ultra-frozen, perishable luxury seafood. Specifications regarding sizes (Royal XXXL Grade), weights, and net meat yields are strictly audited to adhere to our 100% Net Weight (Zero Glaze) promise. Once an order is dispatched in our temperature-controlled fleet (-18°C), modifications or cancellations are governed exclusively by our Return & Refund Policy and Qatar Law No. 8 of 2008 on Consumer Protection.

5. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms and any separate agreements shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of the State of Qatar. Any dispute arising in connection with our services shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Doha, Qatar.
